A Rotarian since 1962, Wilf Wilkinson is a member and past president of the Rotary Club of Trenton, Ontario. He has served Rotary International as vice-president, director, trustee of The Rotary Foundation and district governor. He has also been an International Assembly discussion leader and chairman and member of several Rotary committees including chairing the Rotary International Centennial Convention in Chicago.

As a member of the International PolioPlus Committee, Mr. Wilkinson has been dedicated to the global effort to eradicate polio. He participated in National Immunization Days (NIDS) in Kenya, Tanzania, India and also administered polio drops to children of Afghan refugees in Pakistan. He has also been a Health, Hunger and Humanity Program volunteer to India. In addition, Mr. Wilkinson has had Rotary assignments in South African, Namibia, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and New Zealand and many regions of the United States and Canada.

Mr. Wilkinson has been recognized for his humanitarian service by the Knights of Columbus, the Province of Ontario, the government of Canada and in 2001 was honored by Pope John Paul II with the Pro Ecclesia et Pontifice medal. He is also the recipient of many of Rotary’s honors, including the Citation for meritorious Service, The International Service Award for a Polio-free World, the Distinguished Service Award and Service Above Self Award.


Allan Rock, Q.C. has had broad experience in law, government and diplomacy. During his 20 years as a lawyer in Toronto, he carried on a varied litigation practice and appeared frequently before courts of all levels and tribunals of all kinds. He was generally regarded as one of Canada’s leading advocates. In 1988, he was inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He served as the Head of the Litigation Section in the Ontario Bar Admission Course, where he taught for 15 years. He was also active in the governance of the legal profession, and was elected by his peers to serve as head of Ontario’s law society.

Allan Rock was first elected to Canada’s Parliament in 1993, to
represent a Toronto constituency. During his 10 years in Parliament, he held a number of senior portfolios in the Cabinet of Prime Minister Jean Chretien.

From 1993 to 1997, he served as Canada’s Minister of Justice and Attorney General. From 1997 to 2002, Allan Rock served as Canada’s Minister of Health. Allan Rock served from January 2002 to December 2003 as Minister of Industry and Minister of Infrastructure. On December 12, 2003, Allan Rock was appointed by Prime Minister Paul Martin as Canada’s Ambassador to the United Nations.

He remains involved in international and UN work, serving at present as Special Advisor on Sri Lanka to the UN on the subject of Children and Armed Conflict, as well as Chair of the Board of the Trust Fund for War-Affected Children in Northern Uganda. He is also a member of the Security Council Report’s International Advisory Group Allan Rock was born August 30, 1947 and is married to Deborah Hanscom. They have four children.


John Eberhard, Q.C., is a native Londoner (Ontario, Canada). He attended local schools; Attended undergraduate and the UWO and UBC Law Schools. He graduated in 1969. He is an Honorary Queen’s Counsel and member of the Law Society of Upper Canada. He was awarded a Doctor of Laws degree form the University of Windsor (Assumption University) LL.D (honoris causa) in 2007.

He was a Crown Prosecutor, Judge on the Civil Aviation Tribunal and practising lawyer for 30 years. He was recently appointed by way of Order in Council as a Chairman of the “Canada Pension Plan/Old Age Security Review Tribunal”. He is retired from the full time legal career. He presently serves on the Board of the Greater London International Airport Authority.

John joined Rotary in May, 1971. He has 36 years of perfect attendance at weekly meetings. He was elected from Zone 22 (Canada, USA and Russia) to serve as a director of Rotary International, 2003-2005. He became the Chief Administrative Officer of the Canadian Rotary Collaboration for International Development (CRCID) (a Canadian Rotary 23 District “Multi-District activity) in 2000. He retires as Chair of the Board of CRCID on June 30, 2007 and will become its Executive Director.


A member of Rotary since 1974, Michael D. McCullough served as President of the Rotary Club of Trenton, Michigan in 1984-85 and as District Governor of International District 6400 (USA/Canada) in 1990-91. During 2003-2005, Mike served Rotary as Director on the RI Board representing the North Central US Zones 27 & 28.

For his service to RI and to The Rotary Foundation, Mike has received the “Service Above Self” Award and the Citation for Meritorious Service. He has 28 years Perfect Attendance.

His commitment to the international scope of Rotary began in the province of Quintana Roo, Mexico, where he assisted in the distribution and application of the PolioPlus vaccine. Mike has also traveled to Nicaragua, India and Haiti to assist in humanitarian projects.

Mike and Sherry are Major Donors, Paul Harris Fellows, Benefactors and charter members of the Bequest Society and the Paul Harris Society. They have resided in Trenton since 1971. Mike is President of M & M Printing of Michigan, Inc. Previously Mike was General Manager of the Trenton Times newspaper and Vice President of Chief Publishing, Inc. He received his training in journalism from Bowling Green State University. Personal interests include the 3 R’s --reading, racquetball and Rotary!


Jennifer Jones is a proud member of Rotary and is Past President of the Rotary Club of Windsor-Roseland. She has served several district committees including Ambassadorial Scholars, Membership Chair, Co-Chair Alumni, Volunteer Chair and several District Conference Committees. She has participated as an international volunteer in Brazil, Haiti, and as a Rotaplast team member in Peru and Venezuela.

Jennifer is happily married to Dr. Nick Krayacich, a family physician and a member of the Rotary Club of Windsor St. Clair. They share a love for many things including travel, volunteerism, cycling, golf and relaxing at their family cottage with their dog Jessie. They are Paul Harris Fellows, Major Donors, members of the Bequest Society and have two Youth Exchange sons from Brazil and Denmark.

Jennifer is a partner at Media Street Productions Inc., a television production company that was named “Company of the Year” by the Windsor and District Chamber of Commerce. Comfortable in front of and behind the camera, Jennifer is also a former news anchor and reporter for the CHUM Radio Group. She has worked internationally in New York City and the Caribbean.

She is on the Board of Directors at Maryvale Adolescent and Family Services, the Windsor and District Chamber of Commerce, and the St. Clair College Foundation.
